Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa is seeking a new Chief Executive to guide the organisation as it grows its people, assets, reo and tikanga.
Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa is the governing body of Ngāti Awa, with well-established operating subsidiaries and an engaged thriving whānau.
With about 18 staff in the Rūnanga itself, and group assets of approximately $134m, the organisation is well positioned for future growth and success.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with broad general management skills, and an exceptional communicator whose cultural competence will be matched by their commercial and leadership acumen.
Experience delivering to a diverse customer base including hapū, iwi and Māori and a connection to Ngāti Awa would be highly advantageous, as would a track record as a Chief Executive in a relevant industry.
